Inconvenient Global Warming Fact
Thomas Huxley would classify this as an ”ugly” fact, which has the potential to ruin a beautiful hypothesis: global warming.
Let’s look at a positive of global warming: Bio-Diversity. The colder the earth gets the more rapid the rate of species extinction. The reverse is true that as the earth warms we experience expanded bio-diversity in plant and animal life.
If global warming is really happening, why do we only hear how bad it is when in actuality the earth is better off when it is warm.

Let me make this simple.
Earth being warm is good for plants and animals.
Earth being too warm makes ice caps melt and earth flood, and is bad for plants and animals.
After Earth gets too warm, and floods, Earth then freezes and has to work it’s way back to just being warm.
This principle is outlined in the biblical story of the Great Flood of Noah’s time.
The key here, as in all things, is balance. Too hot is bad, too cold is bad. Balanced between the two is just right.
Maybe Goldilocks and the Three Bears is a better analogy.
I give up, I don’t think people that are set against the idea of global warming are just being blind and don’t want to hear the truth. I’m really truly not sure what people like you have against the idea of taking care of our planet.

I’m curious…does this mean that human CO2 polution in the industrial years before the great flood of Noah caused global warming and the floods back then?

Denny, I don’t mind of you disagree with Misty or are critical of what she says, but the whole idea of civility is to disagree without being disagreable. Jeremy, for example used a bit of irony to show the holes in her logic, which were abundant, but I don’t want this blog or its discussions going the way of the SLTrib comments section. That’s why I deleted your comment.
